All of my life experiences good and bad, have brought me to where I'm at today, and looking back, I wouldn't change a thing. I plan to express myself on a daily basis through my blogs, and maybe you will get to know me without ever meeting me. My goal and drive at this point, is to help motivate and inspire other people to workout and get/stay in shape. At the end of my life, I want people to remember me as someone who was an icon of beauty and fitness combined. The name "all natural KO" is based off of the fact that I don't use steroids. I think it's crazy that a woman would compromise her health and beauty, to get bigger mass. On the other hand, I am blessed with good genes, and can understand that some women would never have the chance to be my size without doing so. I like to celebrate that I have 27″ thighs, 18″ calves, and 14.5″ biceps all naturally.
